I’m Rona, the founder and creative heart behind Bay Area Blooms. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I create floral experiences for weddings and celebrations that are meant to be felt as much as they are seen.
My love for flowers began with a fascination for their imperfections — the way a garden rose opens differently each morning, the movement of a stem, the unexpected curve of a branch, the beauty found between what is planned and what simply happens. Those details have become the foundation of my design philosophy.
Inspired by the gardens and floral traditions of Europe, my work is romantic without feeling overly traditional, refined without feeling rigid, and organic with an unmistakably modern point of view.
I don’t believe in recreating the same arrangement over and over. Instead, I design around the character of each celebration — its setting, season, architecture, color, and most importantly, the people at the center of it.
For me, the most beautiful flowers are the ones that feel as though they belong exactly where they are.
